| Our
engineering, quality and manufacturing team is striving together to
raise quality standards while optimizing costs. We routinely use
innovative techniques such as SPC (Statistical Process Control), DOE
(Design of Experiments) and FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis).
We have helped many customers from developmental stage to CE and FDA
approval of their devices that use Chem-Etched components. Our brochure
is available for download here. BROCHURE We are capable of etching ultra thin material down to 0.0001" thickness while maintaining tight tolerances. Design Guidelines: If you are designing a component for etching either as a novice or a professional you can download and use our Design Guidelines here. GUIDELINES . We are constantly looking for ways to expand the boundaries of traditional etching capabilities. Metals we can etch: • Copper and copper alloys • Stainless Steel 300 and 400 series • Stainless Steel 17-4 PH and 17-7 PH • Beryllium Copper • Phosphorous Bronze • Brass • Nickel Silver (Copper-Nickel-Zinc alloy) • Nitinol • Titanium • Cobalt Chrome alloy Secondary Operations: We routinely perform secondary operations on Chem-Etched components. Popular examples are Plating, Forming, Heat Treatment, Passivation, Black-Oxide, Spot Welding, etc. Fast Turnaround: Our typical lead-time is two to three weeks depending upon your order quantity and complexity. However, three to five days is a norm for developmental projects. And of course, 24-hour turnaround is always available. Please ask our Customer Service. |
